Terms and Conditions

By placing a booking with us (Dukes Nose Villa), you (the lead guest) and your booking party (guests) agree to the following terms and conditions as set out below. During your stay, you agree to abide by these conditions. If you have any questions, please contact us before making a booking.

Booking & Reservation

• The lead guest must be at least 18 years of age.
• Payment: 100% advance payment is required to secure any booking. No part payments are permitted.
• Payments can be made online via debit/credit card links or digital bank transfers.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM on day of arrival.
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM on day of departure.
• Late departures beyond 11:00 AM must be upon approval, else the extra stay will be chargeable.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to our boutique size, we strictly adhere to a No-Refund Policy. Bookings once made and payments once processed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances and will be considered a NO-SHOW. No credit facility will be extended for cancellations or amendments.

House Rules

• Food: Consumption of outside food and beverages in the resort premises is strictly prohibited.
• Smoking: Permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Hookah/Sheesha is strictly prohibited (Fine: INR 10,000).
• Pool: Proper swimwear is required. We DO NOT have a lifeguard; parents must supervise children at all times.

Damages & Indemnity

We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused during a booking (breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture). Guests are aware of the risks associated with hill resorts (wildlife, reptiles, insects) and stay at their own risk.
