Cancellation and Refund Policy

Strict Booking Policy

IMPORTANT: Due to our boutique size and exclusivity, we strictly adhere to a No-Refund Policy.

Bookings once made and payments once processed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances and will be considered a NO-SHOW. No credit facility will be extended for cancellations, amendments, or early check-outs.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Personal cancellations or schedule changes.
• Weather conditions (unless declared a natural disaster by local authorities blocking access).
• Shortened stays or early departures.

Check-in & Check-out

To ensure the villa is sanitized and prepared for guests, we strictly maintain the following timings:

• Check-in: 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM on day of arrival.
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM on day of departure.
• Late departures beyond 11:00 AM must be upon approval, else the extra stay will be chargeable.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be collected upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable at check-out, provided there are no damages to the property, furniture, or loss of items.

Dukes Nose Villa reserves the right to deduct amounts from the security deposit for:

• Breakage or damage to property.
• Deep cleaning required due to excessive mess.
• Violation of house rules (e.g., smoking indoors).
